Here's an update for the DUGLIN.NET Cell Phone Carrier Comparison Chart (you know, the "DCPCCC"). As usual this chart assumes that you are looking for the lowest "anytime" minutes but the highest standard data and text message plans. All prices are based on a 2-year contract using a smartphone.

It's worth noting that both Sprint and T-Mobile have improved their offerings since our last chart back in February while AT&T and Verizon remain pretty much the same.
